Sustainability is one of the five pillars of Komplett Group’s corporate strategy, embedded across our entire value chain. We continuously work for an inclusive workplace for all our employees, and we strive to contribute in the transition to a circular economy within consumer electronics and retail. By offering durable, repairable, and recyclable products we empower our customers to make informed choices that benefit the planet.
To accelerate our activities towards a resilient and sustainable business, we have defined three strategic focus areas to bring us closer to our vision of being ‘the obvious choice’. These are:

Sustainability reporting 2024
Komplett Group, is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange, and complies with relevant Norwegian and EU sustainability legislation. This includes the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), the Transparency Act and the Equality and Anti-Discrimination Act. Komplett Group’s statements based on these regulations are available below, together with Komplett Group’s Climate report for 2024.

Governance documents
Komplett Group has adopted a set of governance documents setting out principles for how its business should be conducted. The content of these documents applies to the entire Group, effectively from the first day of listing of the Company on Oslo Børs.

Whistleblowing channel
Our whistleblower channel is open to all employees, customers and the public. All reports are taken seriously and will be investigated in a timely, fair, and objective manner. Komplett Group ensures that whistleblowers are protected from reprisals when reporting in good faith, and that confidentiality is strictly maintained.

Komplett Group has, since 2020 , prepared yearly sustainability statements. Following that, we have also presented our first Transparency Act Account (2022) and disclosed our Equality and Anti-Discrimination Statement. We are proud to showcase that our focus and commitment to sustainability is at the core of our operations.
